Josephine Baah is the visionary Founder, CEO and Creative Director of Blissful Royal Creations, an award-winning luxury wedding and event experience studio known for transforming meaningful moments into beautifully curated, deeply personal celebrations.
Born in Ghana, West Africa, Josephine brings a distinctive cultural perspective and genuine appreciation for the traditions, stories, and personal details that make every celebration unique. Her global perspective has been shaped by educational experiences spanning Ghana, Nigeria, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and China, broadening her appreciation for culture, hospitality, design, and the many meaningful ways people around the world celebrate life's most important moments.
With an MBA from the University of Connecticut, with studies encompassing Management, International Business and Project Management, a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, and professional wedding-planning credentials, Josephine brings together two disciplines essential to exceptional events: creative vision and strategic execution.

Her continued engagement with the international wedding and event community has included professional experiences and industry conferences across destinations such as The Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Qatar, Zimbabwe, Jordan, and Sri Lanka, connecting her with diverse creative perspectives, emerging ideas, global hospitality influences, and wedding and event professionals from around the world.
Her involvement with the Destination Wedding Planners Congress (DWP) community further reflects her commitment to remaining connected to the evolving global luxury wedding industry.

Her commitment to service reaches into the community through her leadership as Co-Chair of External Affairs for Journey Home, a Hartford-based nonprofit advancing solutions to homelessness throughout Connecticut.
Within the wedding and event industry, Josephine has also mentored and trained aspiring and established wedding and event professionals, sharing the knowledge, business insight, and experience gained throughout her career to help others refine their craft, strengthen their businesses, and pursue excellence.
